NORTHERN JAPAN (March 22, 2011) Naval Air Crewman (Operational Level) 2nd Class Jeff Graham from Bakersfield, Calif., assigned to Patrol Squadron 4 (VP 4), scans past a Navy ship as he operates the advanced imaging multi-spectrum sensor on board a P-3 aircraft during an aerial survey of the region. With the squadron’s communication and real-time capabilities, the Navy will gain more knowledge of where it can provide vital humanitarian and relief to tsunami stricken areas of Japan.
