Am 18. November 2008 veröffentlichte WikiLeaks die Mitgliederliste der British National Party, einer rechtsextremen Partei im Vereinigten Königreich. Die Liste umfasste Namen, Adressen, Alter und Beruf von fast allen 12.801 Mitgliedern der Partei, darunter auch Polizisten, Anwälte, Pfarrer, Ärzte sowie Lehrer an Grund- und Mittelschulen. In Großbritannien ist Polizisten die Mitgliedschaft in der BNP untersagt, und mindestens ein Polizist wurde aufgrund der Veröffentlichung aus dem Dienst entlassen. (vgl. I'm not sure Hackney (the second most ethnically diverse borough in the UK, IIRC correctly from the 'Life in the UK' test) is really their target market. There's so much wrong with this I don't know where to start, but I figured at least other people should see it. "British Jobs for British Workers - Because We've Earned the Right!" Because your ancestors fought in wars for Britain? So did those of most immigrants to the UK - it's called an 'empire', chaps, and it doesn't earn you bragging rights. Immigrants make a net economic contribution, derbrains.
