Foster-Miller TALON Mk.II

China Lake, Calif. (Nov. 15, 2006)- A Foster-Miller TALON Mk.II searches the immediate area while a Micro Air Vehicle (MAV) provides a 360-degree view as the two work in conjunction in search for a simulated improvised explosive device (IED). Control of a Foster-Miller TALON Mk.II mine disposal robot

China Lake, Calif. (Nov. 14, 2006)- Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technician 2nd Class Matthew Ludwig, assigned to Naval Special Clearance Team One (NSCT-1), controls a Foster-Miller TALON Mk.II mine disposal robot as it searches for a simulated improvised explosive device (IED).
