Dunk the card in acetone for 15 minutes and peel the stretchy laminate off the back. The q-tip wasn't used -- it's just there to help my camera focus in macro mode.

Soak the card in acetone for several more hours (I let it sit overnight). Then carefully peel the paper off of the back. You should end up with something that looks like this.

Here's a closer view of the chip. The rest of the card just houses an antenna (approx 40").
