Airbus A340-600
Because it's Formula 1 Grand Prix weekend in Montreal Lufthansa scheduled an A340-600 into YUL from MUC for the duration of the race. First class travel spikes during these few days. This was my first time seeing it in Montreal so here's a sneak preview of a set of landing photos I took this afternoon.

Let the Moon Shine on Me
Ah... a nice capture.. a classic Boeing 727 with the moon shining down on it... Canada's northern airline First Air with a 727 flight coming in from Kuujjuaq.
Global Warming
En route back from Amsterdam we passed under the tip of Greenland and I saw first hand the melting ice flows around that country. Everywhere it was breaking up and melting into the ocean... Global warming? Probably. I'm sure in June some of it is naturally melting but I've passed by this area before and never saw it on such a massive scale as this. Kinda scary... so good incentive to drive less, consume less energy and go green.
